The short version. We collect what we need to price a load, deliver it to your address and confirm the order with you. We do not run advertising or analytics on this site, we set no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we are

Waco Aggregate Supply, a delivery-only supplier of rock, sand, soil, base and mulch serving Waco and McLennan County, Texas. You can reach us by text or phone at (254) 863-8181 or by email at [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a delivery, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the delivery address, the date you want, and the materials and quantities you chose. The form also records the quote the page calculated, which pit each material would be sourced from, and whether the quote was automatic or needs confirming by phone.

When you use the project calculator, nothing leaves your browser. The measurements you type are used on the page and are not sent to us.

While you use the site, Cloudflare, which hosts it, records standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, as any web host does, and uses it to serve the page and block abuse. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors back to it (Network Error Logging), which it uses to detect outages; that setting can be turned off in the Cloudflare dashboard.

We do not take payment through this website, so we never see your card details. We do not ask for and have no use for your date of birth, social security number or any government identification.

Why we collect it

To work out the delivery cost, to confirm the price, quantity and delivery time with you, to reach you on the day of delivery, and to invoice you.

Phone calls and text messages. We use the phone number you give us to call or text you about your order and its delivery. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, and we will call instead.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that make a delivery request work, and only what each one needs:

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, for example in a billing dispute.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal changes nothing about how we treat you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing here counting you, so there is no cookie banner to click. Google's map service may set its own cookies when it suggests addresses; those are governed by Google's policy, linked above.

How long we keep it

We run no customer database of our own. Delivery requests arrive as email and are kept, with the resulting invoices, for as long as we may need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally four years, and then deleted. A request that does not turn into an order is deleted sooner.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection and the request form is sent over one. Access to the mailbox that receives requests is limited to the people who run the business.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or text (254) 863-8181 and we will respond within 30 days. We will delete what you ask us to, except invoices and records we are required to keep for a completed delivery.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
